What payment methods do you accept? v
We accept bank transfers (UBA 2034326424, Rabiu Hamza Mohammed), USDT TRC20 crypto transfers (wallet provided at checkout), and WhatsApp-based payment discussions. Card payments via Paystack and Stripe are coming soon.
Do I pay before or after the work? v
For services under N30,000, full payment is required upfront. For larger projects, we accept 50% deposit and 50% on completion. Consultations require full payment to confirm your slot.
Can I get a refund? v
If work hasn't started, you get a full refund. If work is in progress, you get a proportional refund for uncompleted work. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable but comes with free revisions (2-5 rounds depending on service).
Do you accept USDT/crypto? v
Yes! We accept USDT TRC20 (Tron network). You'll receive our wallet address at checkout. Crypto payments are confirmed within 10 minutes of blockchain verification.

Do I need to create an account? v
No account needed. Simply book a service or consultation, complete payment, and we communicate via WhatsApp throughout the project. Your phone number is your project ID.
How do I track my project progress? v
You receive regular progress updates via WhatsApp. For larger projects, we share a live tracking link. You can also message us anytime on WhatsApp or Telegram for updates.

Do you provide source code? v
Yes, for web apps and custom development, you receive full source code on GitHub. For bots, you get the deployed version plus documentation. We can transfer ownership of GitHub repos on request.
