Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Downloads)

Due to the instant nature of digital products:

• All sales are final once a download link has been sent
• If a product is defective or corrupted, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement
• If you did not receive your download link, contact us immediately for re-delivery
• Duplicate purchases will be refunded in full

2. Card Payments (Paddle)

For purchases made via Paddle (card payments):

• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-10 business days depending on your bank
• Contact harzco.business@gmail.com with your order reference for refund requests

3. Bank Transfer & USDT Payments

• Refunds processed via bank transfer to your Nigerian bank account
• USDT refunds sent to the original TRC20 wallet address
• Processing time: 1-3 business days
• Refund amount equals the original purchase price

4. Subscriptions

• Cancel anytime — no penalty for cancellation
• No refund for the current billing period after payment
• Access continues until the end of the paid period
• Future billing stops immediately upon cancellation

5. Consultation Services

• Free rescheduling up to 24 hours before appointment
• Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund
• No-shows: No refund, session counts as used
• If we cancel: Full refund or free rescheduling

6. Non-Refundable Cases

• Products already downloaded and used
• Change of mind after download link has been sent
• Failure to provide correct email/WhatsApp for delivery
• Products purchased more than 48 hours ago (unless defective)

7. How to Request a Refund

Include in your request:

• Your order reference number
• Date of purchase
• Payment method used
• Reason for refund request

We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and loss of future purchasing access.
