1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing any product, using any service, or accessing any tool from Harz Digital Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

Our digital products include:

Upon payment confirmation, you receive a download link via WhatsApp and email. Products are for personal use only unless a commercial license is purchased.

4. Licensing

All products come with the following license terms unless otherwise specified:

• Personal License: Use for your own business or personal projects. Cannot be resold or redistributed.
• Commercial License: Available for an additional fee. Allows use in client projects.
• Resale Rights: Available for select products. Contact us for pricing.
• Music/Film: Personal viewing/listening only. Distribution requires separate licensing.

5. Pricing & Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) or US Dollars (USD). Prices may change without notice. Payment must be received in full before product delivery.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• All sales are final for downloadable digital products
• If a product is defective, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or fix
• Consultation services: cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before scheduled time
• Subscription services: cancel anytime, no refund for current billing period

7. Consulting Services

• Sessions are 1 hour via WhatsApp or Google Meet
• Written summary provided after each session
• 7 days of follow-up support included
• Cancellations: 24 hours notice required for rescheduling
• No-shows: No refund, session counts as used

8. Affiliate Program

• Commission rate: 20% of product sale price
• Commission paid via bank transfer or USDT
• No minimum payout threshold
• Affiliate links tracked via referral code
• Self-referrals are not eligible for commission
• Abuse of the affiliate system results in termination

9. Intellectual Property

All products, content, branding, and materials created by Harz Digital Services are our intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or resale is prohibited and may result in legal action under Nigerian law.

10. Free Tools

Our free tools (tax calculator, QR generator, etc.) are provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on calculator results. Always consult a licensed professional for tax and legal advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Harz Digital Services is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages from inability to use a product
• Results from applying product content to your business

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts, with Bauchi State as the jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
